Purity For Sure began with a simple observation: Indian food culture contains extraordinary ingredients and methods, yet the category is usually presented either as mass grocery or conventional premium food.

PFS is taking a different position. The aim is to build a house of Indian provisions with the restraint, information and presentation expected of a serious luxury brand.

The opening collection is ghee because it gives the house a clear place to begin: a product with deep Indian history, a traditional process worth explaining and a category where provenance matters.

How we choose

We look first at what the product actually is, where it begins, how it is made and whether the claims can be explained plainly. Packaging comes after the substance, not before it.

The wider ambition

Over time, the house is intended to extend into oils, spices, honey, dry fruits and other Indian provisions. Each category will be added only when there is a product worthy of the PFS standard.
